Cornmeal Stove Fruit

Put sunflower oil, eggs, and sugar together.

Beat until emulsified.

Weigh corn flour, all-purpose flour, baking soda, and baking powder.

Mix through a sieve and add to the sugar oil paste.

Add some cooked black and white sesame seeds.

Stir into a dough.

Roll it out to have a certain thickness, my rolled one is a bit thinner, less than 0.5 cm.

Cut off the irregular four sides, and the cut edges can be rolled out again and cut into pieces.

Cut into small pieces, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for about 30 minutes.

Brush a layer of egg wash.

Sprinkle some white sesame seeds on the baking tray, leaving a gap between them.

Put it into the middle layer of the preheated 180℃ oven, heat up and down, and bake for about 15 minutes.

The finished product is crispy and has a strong cornmeal flavor, and the more you chew, the more fragrant it is.
