Stir-fried String Beans

Cut off two old tendons of string beans, wash and control water, break into small pieces, cut pork belly into strips, and chopped green onions

Add water to the wok and bring to a boil, pour in the green beans and blanch the water until they are five mature, remove and put in a pot to control the water

Pour 1 teaspoon of sunflower oil in another pot, add the pork belly and stir-fry until the pork belly is curled and oily

Add chopped green onion and stir fry until fragrant.

Pour in the green beans and stir fry for 2 minutes, add the light soy sauce and stir-fry well

When the green beans are dry and fragrant, add 150 g of boiling water, boil on high heat and continue to fry for a while, add salt and chicken essence to taste
7.
Stir-fry until the soup is dry, and finally add 1 tablespoon of chili sauce and stir well.
