Serve Broccoli
1.
Prepare ingredients.
2.
Remove the old stems and cut the broccoli into small stalks. Wash and blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes.
3.
Rinse with cold water and drain for later use. Cut preserved eggs and salted eggs into small pieces, bacon into slices, carrots into pieces, and set aside.
4.
Pick up the frying pan, wait until the oil is warm, add the chopped green onions and stir fry.
5.
Stir-fry the aroma, add the bacon, and continue to stir-fry.
6.
Then add preserved eggs and salted eggs and stir fry.
7.
Add appropriate amount of water (such as the stock soup tastes better), cover the pot and boil on low heat for another 3 minutes.
8.
Pour in broccoli and carrots, bring to a boil, then low heat for 2 minutes.
9.
Add salt and Knorr seasoning, stir-fry it, and it will be out of the pan.
Tips:
1. Bacon is added to the dish, so there is less salt.
2. Rinse the broccoli with cold water after blanching to keep the emerald green color.
3. If you like the soup to be thicker, add a little water and starch to thicken the soup before serving.
