I have my own recipe for making lentil braised noodles. I think lentils have to be twice as good as noodles. After the lentil braised noodles are made, the lentils look like shrinkage, and there are more noodles but less lentils. It was not satisfying to eat, so later I used the ratio of lentils to two noodles to make the effect very good. If the lentils are reduced, a few lentils will not look good after being cooked, and it is not too satisfying to eat. , It’s not fun to make your own home, right? 1. Prepare ingredients: 500g lentils, 270g finely sliced noodles, 150g pork belly, 25g braised soy sauce, 25g sunflower oil, 30g green onions, 5g ginger, 20g garlic, one star anise, 450ml water, 2g salt .

2. Wash all the ingredients, then break the lentils into small pieces, slice green onions, chop garlic, mince ginger, slice pork belly, weigh the braised soy sauce and sunflower oil, salt, and water.

3. Add 25 grams of sunflower oil to the inner pot of the automatic pot. Shake well so that the bottom of the pot is covered with oil.

4. Add minced ginger, green onion slices and anise star.

10. Put the pot inside the pot cover, close the lid, then turn on the power to select the dry pot/beans/eggplant button, and the automatic pot starts to work.

11. After about 30 minutes, it prompts ok, open the lid, shake the noodles with two pairs of chopsticks, and mix well, so that each noodle is covered with juice.

1. For noodles, choose thin-cut noodles with little moisture.

3. I personally think that the ratio of lentils to noodles is two to one.
4. I strictly weighed the weight of the liquid, it is really suitable for eating, and the taste is strong, if you like to eat soft and rotten, you need to increase the amount of water.
