Lentil Braised Noodles

Prepare ingredients: 500g lentils, 270g finely sliced noodles, 150g pork belly, 25g braised soy sauce, 25g sunflower oil, 30g green onions, 5g ginger, 20g garlic, one star anise, 450ml water, 2g salt .

Wash all the ingredients, then break the lentils into small pieces, slice green onions, chop garlic, mince ginger, slice pork belly, weigh the braised soy sauce and sunflower oil, salt, and water.

Add 25 grams of sunflower oil to the inner pot of the automatic pot. Shake well so that the bottom of the pot is covered with oil.

Add minced ginger, green onion slices and anise star.

Spread the sliced pork belly evenly over the bottom of the pot.

Spread the lentil segments on the pork belly, spread them out as much as possible.

Pour in 25 grams of braised soy sauce and 2 grams of salt.

Then add 450 ml of water.

Shake the cut noodles and spread them on the lentils, then lift the pan and shake it so that the liquid and the ingredients can come into contact.

Put the pot inside the pot cover, close the lid, then turn on the power to select the dry pot/beans/eggplant button, and the automatic pot starts to work.

After about 30 minutes, it prompts ok, open the lid, shake the noodles with two pairs of chopsticks, and mix well, so that each noodle is covered with juice.

Pour in the minced garlic and stir well to start eating!
Tips:
1. For noodles, choose thin-cut noodles with little moisture.
2. Those who don't like meat can be vegetarian and it's delicious.
3. I personally think that the ratio of lentils to noodles is two to one.
4. I strictly weighed the weight of the liquid, it is really suitable for eating, and the taste is strong, if you like to eat soft and rotten, you need to increase the amount of water.
