Corrugated Poached Egg

Prepare the ingredients, corrugated noodles, eggs, and yellow tomato sauce. You can add some fresh vegetables if you like.

Scatter it with chopsticks. The corrugated noodles are easy to cook in about 5 minutes. Pay attention to it.

The yellow tomato sauce is made by myself in autumn.

Bring the rippled noodles to a boil, add the yellow tomato sauce and continue to cook for three or two minutes.

After the noodles are cooked, turn off the heat. If you like, you can add some sesame oil to taste, and you can also match some vegetables. I want to eat spicy cabbage and tomato noodles today, but I didn't add anything.

Tips:
1. The corrugated noodles are easy to cook. Pay attention to it and don't overcook it.
2. You can add sesame oil, salt, and light soy sauce to taste according to your personal preference. I mix it with spicy cabbage, but nothing else.
