Cough Chuanbei Snow Pear Porridge

Prepare the materials.

Soak the glutinous rice and Chuanbei in cold water for an hour and then drain the water for later use.

Tips:
Using rice instead of glutinous rice to cook porridge will have a softer taste and no QQ feeling, but for people with poor digestion, rice is better.
