3. Add icing sugar A to the egg yolks and beat with eggs until the color becomes lighter

4. Add corn oil, beat evenly, then pour in milk, continue to beat

5. Separate the prepared egg yolk paste into 40g

6. Add spare bamboo charcoal flour to a 40g egg yolk paste, and add sifted low-gluten flour A to the other portion

7. Stir evenly with manual egg cream

8. Whisk the egg whites, add a little lemon juice to the egg whites, beat them at high speed into a fish-eye bubble state, add 1/3 of powdered sugar B

9. Whisk with an electric whisk until the volume has doubled, then add 1/3 of powdered sugar B

10. Continue to beat until the hook can be pulled out, add the remaining powdered sugar B, and continue to beat at high speed until it is dry and foamy.

11. Take 40g of meringue and add it to the charcoal batter

12. Stir evenly with a spatula

13. Pour the remaining meringue into the original batter and continue to mix evenly

14. Pour the prepared bamboo charcoal batter into the piping bag

15. Extrude the black pattern in the mold, dig out some original cake batter with a spoon, and cover it on the black cake batter

16. Continue to squeeze the bamboo charcoal batter and operate in sequence

17. Put both batters into the mold and shake the mold to eliminate big bubbles

18. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, the upper and lower fire, the middle and lower floors for 40 minutes

Tips:

1. There is no bamboo charcoal powder, it can be replaced with cocoa powder
2. The bamboo charcoal batter at the bottom is squeezed into the mold and can be baked 1 minute in advance to set the shape
3. The temperature of the household oven is different, adjust the temperature and time according to the actual size of the oven at home
