Crab Fried Rice Cake

Prepare crabs and rice cakes; clean the crabs and chop them into small pieces

Dip the sliced crab noodles in egg liquid; dip in flour; deep fry into a frying pan until golden red, put the rice cakes in boiling water and cook them thoroughly.
