Crab Noodles and River Prawns

I bought the small river prawns. Rinse them with water. I squeezed them hard with two hands, and the shrimps came out.

This is the result after 1 and a half hours. Peel out 300 grams of shrimps, rinse with water and squeeze dry water into a bowl.

Add cooking wine, ginger oil, salt, and some starch

After mixing evenly, put it in the refrigerator for a while to raise the frying pan and pour the marinated shrimp

Disperse quickly, wait for the shrimps to change color, sprinkle chives and scoop a spoonful of crab powder in the middle of the pan.
Tips:
I used two hands to squeeze in the middle, and the shrimp came out, but my method was a bit wasteful. The masters just pinch and turn around and squeeze it out with one hand. The shrimp meat is more complete than mine.
