Crab Tofu

Cut the soft tofu into small pieces and dice the ham.

The salted egg yolk is mashed into puree.
3.
Pour oil in the pot, pour in the egg yolk, and fry until the egg yolk is foamy.
4.
Pour in tofu, stir-fry gently, pour in diced ham, and stir-fry gently.
5.
Pour in a small bowl of water and cook for five minutes on low heat.
