Staying at home during pregnancy, learn to make some baked snacks, one can kill time, and second, after practicing crafts, you can make loving snacks for your baby. This bread is made by me combining a bread machine and an oven. It tastes softer than those made with a bread machine.

Cranberry Bread

1. Prepare all materials for use according to the formula.

2. Pour milk into the bread machine, then add flour, yeast powder and salt (put it diagonally), sugar (I only used 10 grams, if you don’t avoid sugar, you can put more), start the automatic dough mixing program, 8 minutes later Stop, take the dough out and knead it by hand and put it back in the bread machine for 8 minutes.

3. Take out the proofed dough and wrap it in butter, put it in the bread machine and select the custom kneading program again. (Wrapping the butter makes it easier to mix the butter evenly into the noodles)

4. After adding the butter and noodles, still take out the hands and knead it, put it in the bread machine for 8 minutes, and then start the dough process. Waiting to be made.

5. After the noodles are made, take out your hands and rub them to eliminate bubbles

6. Rub in dried cranberries

7. Before roasting, boil a pot of hot water and put the noodles in the pot for 5 minutes.

8. The stuffy dough is fermented again

9. Brush the egg mixture, preheat the oven (my oven does not have a temperature setting, usually preheat 3 minutes), put the bread dough in the oven, select the cake mode and bake for 25 minutes.

10. After baking for 25 minutes, place in the oven for 5 minutes.

Tips:

I like the sour taste, so I leave it for half an hour longer than the time given by the bread machine when making the noodles
