Cranberry Bun

Cranberries chopped finely.

Knead the self-raising powder into a dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and let it stand for 20 minutes.

After proofing, add cranberries to the dough and divide into small doses.
4.
Knead it into a small smooth dough, put it on the pan and let it stand again for five minutes.
5.
Boil in cold water and steam over high heat for 15 minutes.
Tips:
I use self-raising powder and the proofing time is faster than ordinary flour.
