Cranberry Matcha Nougat

Weigh all the materials in advance.

Pour the matcha powder into the milk powder first, mix with the milk powder and stir well.

Melt the butter over low heat first.

Pour the marshmallows after it has melted sufficiently, and continue to melt on a low heat.

After the marshmallows are fully melted, pour in the milk powder mixed with matcha powder, stir evenly, and then turn off the heat!

Stir well and pour in cranberries and peanuts and stir.

Stir it evenly and put it into the mold for shaping!

Level it and leave it for about 1 hour.

No need to put in the refrigerator in winter, just leave it at room temperature for about 1 hour!

Tips:
Heat the whole process over a low heat. The matcha powder and milk powder must be mixed well in advance, or the dough will not be mixed evenly.
