Cranberry Nougat

Ingredients: chopped cranberry, mine is chopped cooked peanuts, so I did not bake it, I use salted butter, and no sugar is added during the frying process

Heat the butter until melted

Put the melted butter into the marshmallow and stir fry on low heat

Put the melted marshmallows into the milk powder and stir evenly

Add peanuts, dried cranberry and stir well

After all the ingredients are mixed, pour it on the absorbent paper prepared in advance

Roll out the sugar with a rolling pin and compact it, let it cool and cut into pieces

Wrap the cut nougat with sugar paper and put it in the refrigerator when you want to eat it.
Tips:
The dried cranberry was chopped up. I used salted butter so I didn't add salt. If you like to eat peanuts, you can add more. Make sure to use a non-stick pan. The heat is low throughout the process.
