Cranberry Peanut Nougat

Small hot pot

Put the butter in a pan and melt on low heat

Add marshmallows to the melted butter and stir fry on low heat

After half of the marshmallows have melted, add milk powder and continue to stir fry on low heat until they are evenly fried

Stir milk powder and marshmallows evenly

After mixing well, add the ground peanuts

Stir the peanuts and add the cranberry (my cranberry is not chopped, it's better to chop it)

After mixing well, take out the pan, spread grease paper or tin foil on the chopping board, and put the sugar on top

Spread a layer of oil paper or tin foil on the sugar, let it cool a little, and roll it out into a piece of moderate thickness
