Cranberry Peanut Nougat (bread Maker Version)

The bread machine is heated and then stir-fried. When the time reaches 35 minutes, the peanuts are already cooked and the taste is crisp and fragrant. The procedure is ended in advance, the peanuts are poured out to cool, and the red skin is rubbed for later use.

Put the butter in the bread machine, turn on the stir-frying function, the butter will melt at any time when the bread bucket is heated.

Pour the marshmallows, and the bread machine will start mixing when the program reaches 15 minutes.

After the marshmallow and butter are evenly mixed, add milk powder and continue to stir.

When the milk powder is evenly stirred, pour in the peanuts and cranberries, and continue to stir. You can use the force of a spatula where the edges cannot be stirred.

After stirring evenly, pour the nougat into the French Baker nougat mold while it is hot, put it on a silicone pad, flatten it with a rolling pin, and the thickness is about 1 cm. Send it to the refrigerator to freeze and set for more than 30 minutes.
