Making bread at home, because there is no added improver, the preservation time is relatively short, and it is easy to dry and harden. Don't worry, leftover bread can be gorgeously transformed into a new favorite of crispy and delicious snacks-rusks.

Ingredients

Cranberry Rusk

1. Take a slice of bread (I used the crust of the bread baked in the bread machine)

2. Cut into two cm wide strips

3. Arrange into the baking tray

4. Put it into the preheated 160 degree oven, bake for about 20 minutes until the bread is browned and crispy

5. Take it out and put it on the grill and let it cool thoroughly
