Cranberry Tart

Ingredients needed (forgot to shoot the tart crust)

Mix whipped cream, milk, and white sugar, and mix until it melts (the current temperature is high, so I didn’t cook it, just mix it until the sugar melts)

Beaten egg yolks

Pour the egg mixture into the cream mixture, stir well, then sift in the low powder and mix well

Strain the egg tart liquid

Put the cranberries in, and then carefully pour the filtered egg liquid into the tart crust

Preheat the oven, bake on the upper and lower fire at 160 degrees for 20 minutes, then turn to the lower fire for 10 minutes
Tips:
1. Put in the cranberries, and then carefully pour the filtered egg liquid into the tart crust to avoid overflow.
2. Because I make a homemade tart crust and use a tart mold, the baking time depends on my own situation.
