Creamy Bean Paste
1.
Boil the red beans in a pressure cooker until they bloom, about 15-20 minutes, and then press them into a puree with a potato pressing tool;
2.
Put in a pot, put 3 tablespoons of butter and half a cup of water, cook on medium-low heat, stir with a wooden spoon while boiling;
3.
Add 1/4 cup of condensed milk and sugar, taste, and add sugar until sweet enough;
4.
Cook on medium-low heat. Stir while cooking until it becomes a thick paste. If it is not used on the same day or can not be used up at a time, it can be packed in a compact pot or box and placed in the refrigerator. There should be no problem within a week.
Tips:
1. The butter is added to make the bean paste more fragrant and non-sticky;
2. Adding condensed milk is to make the bean paste have a milky flavor and make the bean paste more fragrant;
3. Cook on a slow fire and stir with a wooden spoon or chopsticks while cooking.
