Creamy Honey Caramel Sauce

Ingredients: 50 grams of caster sugar, 30 grams of honey, 80 grams of animal cream

Put the whipped cream in a large bowl and heat it over water to warm. Pour the confectioner's sugar and honey into the pot, heat on medium heat until melted, turn to low heat and continue heating until brown. There is no need to stir the whole process, just shake the pot from time to time to make the heat evenly.

Slowly pour in the hot butter, stir and cook well, then turn off the heat. After cooling, put it into a container, seal and refrigerate.
Tips:
Don't cook the sugar too much to prevent it from sticking to the pot. Don't stir either to prevent the sugar from crystallizing.
When the cream is added, the sugar liquid will boil again, so you need to prevent splashing and scalding.
