Caramel sauce has never been specially made and kept in a jar, because many things are always kept for years. Now, in order to solve the whipped cream's sake, taking advantage of the beginning of the ice cream season, boil a small pot, hoping that it will not be left for too long.
After reviewing some formulas, this recipe is a bit curious. What flavor will the addition of honey add? The amount does not seem to be particularly large. It is an unprecedented, original production volume. A small can does not seem to be much. However, when I actually use it, I realize that it is usually not used too much. How long will this jar be used?

Ingredients

2. Put the whipped cream in a large bowl and heat it over water to warm. Pour the confectioner's sugar and honey into the pot, heat on medium heat until melted, turn to low heat and continue heating until brown. There is no need to stir the whole process, just shake the pot from time to time to make the heat evenly.

3. Slowly pour in the hot butter, stir and cook well, then turn off the heat. After cooling, put it into a container, seal and refrigerate.

Tips:

Don't cook the sugar too much to prevent it from sticking to the pot. Don't stir either to prevent the sugar from crystallizing.
When the cream is added, the sugar liquid will boil again, so you need to prevent splashing and scalding.
