Creamy Tomato Soup

Prepare all ingredients.

Peel the carrots and cut into pieces.

Finely chop onion.

Peel the tomatoes and cut into pieces.

Heat the pan, add butter and melt.

Add the onions and fry them for a fragrant flavor.

Pour in the tomato cubes and stir-fry evenly.

Add the carrot cubes and continue to stir fry.

Add 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Pour the sautéed tomatoes into a blender, then pour in an appropriate amount of broth and beat them into a paste.

Pour the thin paste back into the pot, bring to a boil on low heat, add salt and black pepper to taste.

Tips:
Carrots are added to make the finished product look better. Other vegetables can also be added.
