Creative Yuhua Stone Dumpling

Combine glutinous rice flour with four kinds of vegetable powder to form a moderately hard dough. The white one does not need to add vegetable powder.

Prepare the fillings, black sesame powder and white sugar.

Black sesame powder is added with appropriate amount of sugar.

Add an appropriate amount of white oil (i.e. lard, which I cook now) and an appropriate amount of honey together and make it evenly.

Wash the small molds for glutinous rice balls and dry them, use them to form black sesame fillings into even small balls (I use a scale to measure each/10g), and put them in the freezer layer of the refrigerator to freeze and harden them.

The glutinous rice flour of these colors is randomly rubbed into the black sesame filling.

The wrapped Yuhuashi glutinous rice balls are very beautiful.
