Crepe Rolls with Beef

The leftover dumpling wrappers from making dumplings are spinach and carrot wrappers.

Soak the dumpling skins one by one in the oil for about an hour. Dumpling skins are soaked in oil to prevent adhesion and increase ductility.

Take out a stack of 7-10 pieces and use a rolling pin to roll it out to double the size of the original

Open the water cage after rolling

Steam for 8-10 minutes. If 7 pieces are stacked for 8 minutes, if 10 pieces are steamed for 10 minutes.

After it's steamed, unwrap it one by one while it's hot
