Crepe Rolls with Beef

The leftover dumpling wrappers for making dumplings are spinach and carrot wrappers.

Soak the dumpling skins one by one in the oil for about an hour. Dumpling skins are soaked in oil to prevent adhesion and increase ductility.

Take out a stack of 7-10 pieces and roll them with a rolling pin to double the size of the original.

After the roll is finished, open the water cage.

Steam for 8-10 minutes. If 7 pieces are stacked for 8 minutes, if 10 pieces are steamed for 10 minutes.
