Crispy Apple Ring

One apple, peeled

Cut the apple horizontally into slices less than half a centimeter, and remove the core in the middle

Add flour, baking powder and water to make a batter

Small pot of oil
5.
Put each apple slice into the batter to cover the batter
6.
When the oil is hot for 7 minutes, add the apple slices, turn and fry them in turn, the skin is crispy and can be removed
Tips:
The salad oil I use has no color. If you like golden color, you can use soybean oil.
For baking powder, choose aluminum-free baking powder.
