Crispy Chicken Wing Root

Prepare the ingredients, wash the roots of the chicken wings and drain.

Use a toothpick to pierce the roots of the chicken wings (for flavour), add sliced ginger, spring onion, pepper, cooking wine, salt, and marinate for more than 1 hour.

Add 100 grams of fried frying powder to a suitable amount of water to make a batter. Put another 200 grams of dry powder in the dish. Dip the chicken wings roots in the batter first, stir in the dry powder, and coat the dry powder evenly.

Add oil to the pot and heat up, deep fry on medium heat until the shape is set, remove
