Fried food is seldom made at home, and it's not that I don't know how to make it, mainly because of family health issues.
Some time ago, children especially love meat, and they like to go to McDonald’s or KFC with their friends to eat junk food. One of their favorite foods is fried chicken wings or drumsticks. I think that cooking at home is better than buying outside. And this thing is not difficult to make, so I bought some chicken drumsticks and fried chicken noodles, and simply made the children’s favorite fried chicken drumsticks.

Ingredients

3. Add vegetable oil to the pot, heat it to about 60% heat (after putting it in with chopsticks, there are small bubbles on the chopsticks), add the chicken drumsticks wrapped in crispy fried powder

4. Slowly fry on medium heat until both sides turn golden brown and get out of the pot (use chopsticks to flip during frying)

Tips:

1. The chicken legs are marinated in advance to make the chicken legs more flavorful;
2. Fried chicken powder contains salt, so reduce the amount of salt when marinating;
3. In the process of frying, use medium heat. Excessive heat may cause the outer skin to explode and the inside is not cooked.
