Crispy Fried Chicken Drumsticks

Wash the chicken drumsticks and put them on a plate, add cooking wine and salt, mix well, and marinate for about half an hour

Marinated chicken drumsticks coated with crispy fried powder

Add vegetable oil to the pot, heat it to about 60% heat (after putting it in with chopsticks, there are small bubbles on the chopsticks), add the chicken drumsticks wrapped in crispy fried powder

Slowly fry on medium heat until both sides turn golden brown and get out of the pot (use chopsticks to flip during frying)
Tips:
1. The chicken legs are marinated in advance to make the chicken legs more flavorful;
2. Fried chicken powder contains salt, so reduce the amount of salt when marinating;
3. In the process of frying, use medium heat. Excessive heat may cause the outer skin to explode and the inside is not cooked.
