Crispy Fried Dumplings

Put the dumplings in a hot pot with oil, no need to thaw

Add half a bowl of water to boil, cover and simmer on low heat until the water is dry

When the water is dry, add water starch until the water is completely dry, then start the pot
Tips:
1. Frozen dumplings do not need to be thawed when frying
2. The whole process should be slow-fried over low heat, if you think the dumplings are not cooked, you can add some water to continue frying
3. Add water starch at the end to help the dumplings become crispy
