Crispy Fried Octopus

Wash the hairtail and cut into sections.

Add white wine vinegar, salt and pepper to marinate for 30 minutes.

Put oil in the pot and burn it to 60% heat.
4.
The marinated hairtail is first coated with a layer of starch.
5.
Dip another layer of egg liquid.
6.
Cover it with bread crumbs.
7.
Put it into a 60% hot oil pan.
8.
Fry on low fire until golden on both sides.
Tips:
Nagging; don't choose the hairtail to be too wide or thick, too large, not easy to taste and ripen. The oil temperature should not be high.
