Crispy Fried Toon Buds

1. Pick the tenderest toon buds, remove the old stems and leaves, clean them and set aside

2. Take a clean bowl, add flour, eggs, salt, starch, chicken essence

3. Pour in beer and beat evenly with egg, be sure to have no dry powder
