Crispy Peanuts
1.
Prepare 200 grams of peanuts with skin
2.
Filter the impurities with a filter before frying
3.
Heat the pan until the surface becomes hot (you can feel a rush of heat when you reach out on the surface of the pan)
4.
Pour the peanuts and stir fry for a while (the advantage of using a pan is that you can lift the whole pot to turn the peanuts, and heat it evenly)
5.
Stir-fry the peanuts over medium and small heat until the peanuts have dark spots on the surface (about 5-7 minutes)
6.
Let cool for a while
7.
Put the fried peanuts in a fresh-keeping bag, leave a proper amount of space in the fresh-keeping bag, tighten the seal, rub the peanuts back and forth with your hands, the peanut coat will fall off easily
8.
Pour out, blow gently with a hair dryer, and the peanut skins will float out (it is better to prepare a basin of water next to it, and the peanut coat will fall into the water without sweeping the floor, and it will be faster to clean)
9.
Sprinkle some salt and pepper powder, ready to eat~
Tips:
When frying, it should not be overheated, it is easy to paste and the inside is not cooked. Put it in a fresh-keeping bag and rub off the peanut coat after cooling.
