Crispy Peanuts

Wash the peanuts and drain the water, add two eggs and sugar and mix well.

Add starch and stir well.

After wrapping, sift out the excess starch.

Heat the oil to 50% heat, add peanuts and fry until golden.

Remove the oil control.

Add a spoonful of water and a spoonful of sugar to the pot.

Keep stirring on low heat until all the sugar melts and starts to turn yellow.

Pour the peanuts into the pot again and keep stirring, add the white sesame seeds, and wait for the juice to be collected.
