Crispy Persimmon

Prepare the persimmons, choose the hard ones, and the unbroken ones.

Soak the persimmons in cold water, you can use warm water around 40 degrees. Cold water is estimated to take 5 to 7 days. Warm water is enough for more than a day, but warm water is more troublesome to keep warm. I just use cold water directly, and I can change the water several times in the middle. Prevent the persimmon from rotten. I put less than salt, which can shorten the time.

In about 5 days, eat directly without peeling, not astringent, very sweet and crunchy.
Tips:
Don't eat persimmons on an empty stomach. One or two persimmons at a time are almost the same.
