Crispy Pickles

Break down the Chinese cabbage piece by piece. I used about five slices of this. Rinse it with clean water repeatedly, and drain the water for later use.

Peel the carrots, cut them into thin slices, and then change them to thick silk? Suggest. Be sure to cut it out manually, and the taste will be better. Put it in a larger pot.

Cut the Chinese cabbage horizontally into silk. 2 Vitex stalks are cut in half and cut into thick strips. Put them in the basin for later use.

Put on. Pepper. Ginger garlic paste and a pinch of salt. Stir well and marinate for one hour.

Squeeze the water out when you want to eat. Add a little sesame oil. Mix well and you can eat it.

Just serve it and eat a quick, fragrant and crunchy pickle and it's ready.
Tips:
White radish or carrot can be used as the material.
