Crispy Red Beans

Prepare an appropriate amount of cooked red beans, half a small bowl of sauerkraut, and a green onion.

The red beans are coated with cornstarch.

Wash the shallots and cut the chopped green onions.

Start the pan, add enough oil, and fry the red beans at 70% to 80% of the oil temperature.

Fry until crispy, remove the red beans, control the oil and set aside.

Leave a little oil in the pot, add sauerkraut and stir fry until fragrant.

Add chopped green onion and sauté until fragrant.

Pour the red beans, stir fry evenly, add an appropriate amount of salt and stir fry evenly out of the pan.
