This recipe was sent to me by a sister and told me that it was delicious. I tried it and made it really good. It was crispy on the outside and glutinous on the inside. It was delicious! But because it’s made of glutinous rice flour, people with poor digestion should not eat too much

Crispy Rice Cake

1. Prepare materials in advance

2. Beaten eggs

3. Add milk, corn oil

4. Add vanilla extract

5. Add baking powder

6. Add sugar

7. well mixed

8. Sift in glutinous rice flour

9. Stir until there is no particles

10. Spread greased paper on the pizza pan and pour the batter

11. Put it in the oven preheated 180 degrees in advance and bake for 35 minutes

12. Take out after baking

13. Just cut into small pieces

Tips:

1. Forgot to shoot the lemon juice when putting it, just squeeze a few drops into the custard, or leave it if you don’t have it.
