Crispy Soybeans

Soak the soybeans overnight, add some salt; remove the dried water when cooking

Make oil in the pot, heat it to 50% heat, put the soybeans in, fry slowly on low heat, and make golden brown. It feels easy to shovel, and the water is almost evaporated. Remove the oil to control;

Sprinkle some salt and mix well, then serve
Tips:
1. Be sure to fry on a small fire to evaporate the water;
2. After frying, you can sprinkle some high-quality white wine a little, so that it will still be crispy on the second and third day.
