Crispy Tofu

1. The egg + starch is adjusted into a thick paste. Cut the tofu into pieces, and then coat with batter.

2. In the hot oil, it will be served until golden.

3. Leave the bottom oil in the pot, pour in tomato sauce, add sugar, and water starch to thicken slightly. Put the tofu down and coat it with tomato sauce.
