Crispy Walnut Crisp

Mix the sugar, bromine powder, food powder, and custard powder. Add lard and knead well, add raw oil and eggs and knead well. Then add the flour and fold it until the dough is smooth.

Grab a small piece of dough (ie 20 grams) and knead it into a circle, press the flat dough with the palm of your hand, press a small nest between the dough with your fingers, and put it in a baking pan with paper oil. Brush a layer of egg liquid on the cake surface, sprinkle a layer of white sesame seeds and melon seeds, and bake.

Tips:
1. The custard powder can be replaced with lemon. 2. The cheese and melon seeds should be sprinkled with a finger, so that it will not fall off after baking.
