Crucian Tofu Soup

Wash the fresh crucian carp, cut the fish with an oblique knife on both sides, marinate with cooking wine and salt for half an hour

Cut tofu into pieces, cut green onion into sections and slice ginger

Put oil in the pan, add the peppercorns and ginger slices and stir fry until fragrant

Wipe off the water from the fish with kitchen paper, and fry the fish in a pan

Pour enough boiling water in a casserole at a time, add fish, add ginger, green onions, star anise, cooking wine and simmer for 15 minutes, then simmer for 30 minutes, simmer for a total of 45 minutes
