Beer Crucian Carp

The fresh crucian carp is cleaned and marinated with cooking wine and salt. We put pickled peppers and ginger. star anise. Put light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and five-spice powder in a bowl.

Put a can of beer and stir a bowl of sauce evenly.

Oil the pan and put it in. Green onions. After the celery is sautéed, pour the sauce made with this soup. Boil on high fire.

Add the marinated crucian carp and continue to cook it over high heat.
