Crystal Bitter Gourd

Use a small spoon to remove the seeds from the bitter gourd, be careful not to destroy the prototype of the bitter gourd.

Cut the bitter gourd into thin slices of even thickness. Do not chop the bitter gourd.

Put it in boiling water and cook for about half a minute.

Then put it in cold water and pull it out for five minutes

Rinse three spoons of Guozhen with 80° water

Put the prepared Guozhen in a pot and boil

Turn to medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until Guozhen is sticky and then turn off the heat.

Place the sliced bitter gourd on a flat plate

After Guozhen is cool, pour it on the bitter gourd, put it in the refrigerator and eat it again, the taste will be better.
Tips:
Bitter gourd should not be cooked for too long, otherwise it will not be crispy and the color will turn yellow.
