Crystal Cold Cake

Ingredients: Agar (already soaked).

Red amaranth (cleaned).
3.
Soft white sugar.

Put the red amaranth in a pot of boiling water and boil.

Pour 100 ml of red amaranth juice into a bowl, let cool and set aside.

Then, scoop the soaked agar into the pot, put the sugar, and pour the red amaranth juice.
7.
Bring to a boil until melted, turn off the heat.

Then, pour the finished product into the mold, put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour, then release the mold and put it on the plate.
