Crystal Cold Cake

1. Ingredients: Agar (already soaked).

2. Red amaranth (cleaned).

3. Soft white sugar.

4. Put the red amaranth in a pot of boiling water and boil.

5. Pour 100 ml of red amaranth juice into a bowl, let cool and set aside.
