The pig skin is cleaned, and the tenderloin is cut into strips (the pig skin processing method is included in my recipe)

Cut the meat into strips and roll them up in the skin, as shown in the picture

Roll it up and tie it up with a string, and tie it tight

Bring water to a boil, add meat, ginger slices, green onions, grass fruit, bay leaves, white kou, star anise, small incense, dark soy sauce, salt, boil for a while on high heat, turn off and cook for about 40 minutes (pressure cooker is also possible)
