Crystal Jelly

Wash the skin, be sure to pluck out the remaining "hair"

Put cold water into the pot, boil and cook for 2 minutes, remove and let cool

Scrape the fat from the skin and rinse it off repeatedly

Cut it into strips

Then diced. Set aside

Put the pork skin into the soup pot, add water according to the ratio of 1:2

Cook for about 2 hours. Add a little salt to taste

Then, put it in a container and let it cool to solidify

Take out the undercut. Change the knife to cut

Tips:
1. The ratio of skin and water is 1:2, for reference only;
2. If you want the soup to be clear, you must wash the fat from the skin, followed by a low heat. Best steamed;
3. It can be served with dipping sauce.
