Crystal Pork Jelly

Wash the skin with clean water and cut into small pieces.

Scrape the front and back of the skin with a knife.

Add water to the pot and boil the pork skin, and cook until the skin is rolled and removed.

Cut into diced pork skins of the same size.

Pour a pot of clean water from a fresh, and add the diced pork.

Add all the seasonings and boil for 20 minutes. After adding the cooking wine, stir evenly with salt and remove from the heat.

Put the lid on and simmer overnight.

Use a serrated knife to slice.
9.
Serve it on a plate, and eat it with garlic chili oil.
Tips:
1. The crystallinity of the meat jelly depends on whether the fat is removed. So scrape off the fat as much as possible to ensure that the skin is transparent and the taste is more refreshing. 2. When buying meat skins, try to choose meat skins without black hair and red marks, so that it is easy to clean.
