Crystal Sausage Rolls

Prepare the required ingredients.

Wash and drain the black sesame seeds and set aside.
3.
Pour the freshly boiled water into the crystal powder and stir it with chopsticks.

When the crystal powder is not so hot, make it into a smooth dough with your hands.
5.
Roll the dough into a thin flour crust.
6.
Put on the fish intestines.
7.
Wrap up and round.
8.
Sprinkle black sesame seeds on top for garnish.

In a cold water pot, turn to medium-low heat and steam for 6 minutes after the water is boiled. Brush a thin layer of vegetable oil on the surface after being out of the pot, cut into pieces, and place on a plate.
Tips:
1. Be sure to mix the noodles with freshly boiled hot water, otherwise it won't form a dough.
2. Brush the oil after being out of the pot to prevent the intestines from hardening and affecting the taste.
