Cucumber and Radish Mix with Chinese Cabbage

Remove the roots of the cabbage, wash and drain the water, then break it into 10cm sections by hand. Sprinkle some salt and mix gently with your hands for salting.

Cut the scallions into slices diagonally; smash the garlic and mince.

Wash the cucumbers, divide them into two first, and then cut them diagonally into slices.

Wash the radish and cut into slices.

Pour the cabbage, water radish and cucumber into a basin, increase the onion and garlic, add salt, soft sugar and chili noodles and mix well.
