Cucumber Bucket with Mixed Vegetables

Cut the cucumber into sections, hollow out the middle with a tool, and make it into a bucket shape, and fix it with a toothpick.

Cut the mustard tuber into cubes, and mince garlic and ginger

Dice the carrots.
