Chongqing Beef Chaoshou

1. Mince beef and pork (half fat and half lean) and add the chopped Fuling mustard.

2. Then add chopped green onion, chopped ginger, salad oil, MSG, chicken essence, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and mix well.
